Gifts in Memory 

Gifts in memory of your loved one can be a meaningful way of honouring their life, and all they meant to the people who knew them.

You can arrange for your funeral director to collect donations to Cardiac Rehab on your behalf, refer people to our donations page by clicking here or create your own specific donations page to share, which can include a photo and some information about your loved one.  By setting up a specific donations page we can ensure that we provide you with a final total raised, including any gift aid.
