''Learn how to get to and from the floor safely. This class incorporates essential floor work exercises (approx.20 minutes of floorwork) to build strength for the legs, backs and upper body. Floor exercises to challenge balance, improve mobility and flexibility are also included. Within the hour, other exercises include use of the stability ball with the aim of improving balance and strength''. Band resistance work to correct round shoulders and strengthen back muscles. Class size is limited to 12.
