Super runner Ross raises money for Rehab

A week ago today, our very own superhero Ross completed the London Marathon in aid of Cardiac Rehab, and in memory of his grandfather, Len.

“Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to run and raise money for Cardiac Rehab, I was very emotional at the finish as the charity holds such a special place in my heart!  So far on my page I’ve got £2,232! I’m honestly blown away by the response I’ve had!  It was tough! I felt so strong through the first half and up to about 18-19 miles, then my legs just decided they’d had enough! Really had to dig deep and remember why I was there! Just thinking of Len, all the incredible work Cardiac Rehab does and everyone that had donated really gave me the strength to push to the finish line! The experience was incredible! I don’t think I’ve ever heard so many people scream my name before, and the support amongst runners was just crazy!  Thank you so so much again for giving me the opportunity to run for Cardiac Rehab! It’s been a journey and especially a day I will never forget! “

Well done Ross – you’re amazing! Thank you!!!
