Ross is running for Rehab in the London Marathon

On Sunday 2nd October, our very own superhero Ross will be taking on the TCS London Marathon in aid of Cardiac Rehab.

Ross had to defer his place last year due to injury but is back and fighting fit ready to complete the 26.2 mile iconic route.

Ross’ grandad Len Mills was very involved with the Centre and this is why he is running for Rehab:

“My Grandpop volunteered for and benefited from the Cardiac Rehab centre in Alton for as long as I can remember, and those who know me will know what a big part of my life Len was.
I have incredibly fond memories growing up and spending all of my summer holidays around the centre with my Grandpop, helping out in the shops and helping him organise the Rehab Golf Society.
Having recently completed my degree in Physiotherapy, this has really given me a huge understanding of the incredible work and support the charity offers people following cardiac surgery or with cardiac disease.”

We wish Ross all the best and please support him if you are able.
