Generous donation to Cardiac Rehab from Ecumenical Fair-Trade Coffee Morning

Today CEO Sarah Quarterman was very pleased to receive a donation of £500 from Sarah Broadbent one of the volunteers at the Alton Traidcraft Tuesday coffee mornings. The coffee mornings have been run since 2007 by the Alton Methodist church and the Parish of the Resurrection, and regularly raise £500 to give to local charities.

Sarah Broadbent who volunteers at the coffee mornings attends Balance classes run by Alton Community Hospital at the Cardiac rehab centre. Also presenting the donation is Karen Booker representing the Alton Methodist Church, who attends the Staywell programme at the Centre and cardiac rehabilitation graduate Rev Canon Andrew Micklefield of the Parish of the Resurrection.
