A midsummer night’s dream at Colemore House

What a fabulous evening we had on the longest day of the year.  

Our second Open Garden of the year, held at Colemore House, was truly spectacular and made all the more special by the fabulous weather.

Our hosts, Mr & Mrs de Zoete, looked after all the guests with wine and canapes, and conducted tours of the stunning gardens alongside head gardener Peter.

Of particulate note were the roses in full bloom and scent, the arboretum and the beautiful borders. Guests were also able to take home a small piece of Colemore through the plants that were on sale, which all helped to make the evening a roaring success for the charity .
