Volunteering to help Cardiac Rehab

You may be retired, or you may still be working, but you may well have skills or a trade that you can put to use for Cardiac Rehab. Or you may be able to provide other goods or services. We are always looking for ways to cut the cost of running the Centre, and saving on expenditure is as good as receiving a significant donation!

Do you have a skill or trade that we can call upon, for free, now and again? Such as:
