We run regular training course at the Centre to help in emergency situations.
We run a variety of courses throughout the year.

Certified Courses
The following course are certified by NUCO training and certificates are valid for three years.
Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3)
6-hour course split over two sessions.
This 3-year qualification meets employer’s legal obligations and is compliant with Resuscitation Council (UK) 2015 Guidelines.
The learner will gain knowledge of workplace first aid situations.
Basic Life Support (Level 3)
3-hour course
Suitable for anyone, of any age, who is interested in dealing with an unconscious casualty who is breathing normally, or not.
It includes managing an incident, maintaining an open airway for a breathing casualty and resuscitation (CPR) for a casualty who is not breathing normally.
Non-Certified Courses
Less intense courses design to give a thorough understanding of basic first aid techniques
Introduction to CPR and defibrillation
This 2-hour course will cover the basics of CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in an emergency situation. The aim of the course is to give a thorough understanding of basic first aid. Please note that no certificate will be issued for this course.
