The Rehab Golf Society is for past and present exercisers and friends of the Cardiac Rehab Centre.  The aim is to provide social and competitive golf at courses within a reasonable distance of Alton.  In addition the Society will raise funds for the Cardiac Rehab Centre.

Persons may join, regardless of whether they are members of a golf club, providing they have some knowledge and experience of the game. The Society will ascribe a handicap to new members up to the limits allowed by the R & A in the event they do not have an active handicap. Thereafter handicaps are adjusted after each event. The running of the Society is devolved to an elected committee.

The Society typically holds up to nine events a year and runs a knockout tournament as well. Fixtures are usually morning starts and followed by a two course meal all at a very reasonable price. Most of the events are played for a trophy donated by patrons of the Cardiac Rehab Centre. Details of fixtures will be posted on this website at the start of the golfing season.
