Our Centre's facilities
The Cardiac Rehab Centre is a purpose-built building sited next to Alton Sports Centre. The facilities include:
- a gymnasium with exercise machine room
- a lecture room
- changing rooms and showers
- a medical examination and testing room (used by the visiting cardiologist and other NHS staff)
- plentiful free parking.
There is a defibrillator and oxygen on site.
Room hire
Please contact us by email or call the Centre on 01420 544794 to enquire about the availability of our rooms for hire. Our standard room hire rates are:
Lecture Room (or large meeting room)
Size 12m x 6m - seats about 80 for a lecture. Portable staging available.
Hire rate: £20 per hour (including non-exclusive use of adjoining kitchen facilities)
Small Meeting Room
Size 4.5m x 4m
Hire rate: £10 per hour
Reception Hall (or extension to Lecture Room)
Size 7.5m x 5m
Hire rate: £10 per hour
Notes:
(1) Projectors, flip charts and photocopier are available at additional cost.
(2) Special all-day rates may be available.
(3) Rates may vary for hire outside normal Centre operating hours.
(4) We reserve the right not to hire facilities to organisations that we judge to be incompatible with our charitable objectives.
