Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead Cardiac Rehab through the next phase of its development strategy. The CEO will have full budgetary responsibility, and develop and implement a fundraising strategy to ensure a sustainable plan is established for the future of Cardiac Rehab.

The post holder will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to translate financial data into action plans for improved performance
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of health and safety regulations, government regulations and issues
  • Ability to introduce and implement a fundraising plan which will provide sustainable income
  • Influential and effective networker who is capable of creating opportunities and relationships beneficial to the charity
  • Ability to engage and liaise with users of the services and other professionals to promote the work of Cardiac Rehab
The successful candidate will be a strategic individual who is adaptable and flexible and prepared to be hands on by undertaking a range of tasks and jobs.

Part time: 24 hours. Salary: circa £28,000 pro rata - dependent on experience
